Biography
Abdulrahman worked with two leading offices in the Sultanate of Oman before joining Al Tamimi in 2019. He has gained exceptional practical experience in dealing with various litigious matters related to criminal, labour, civil, commercial, and administrative legal proceedings. He has strong communication skills and an ability to provide outstanding pleading before the judiciary.
Abdulrahman enjoys participating in legal events such as conferences, forums, courses, and workshops. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Sultan Qaboos University in the field of Comprehensive Law and a master’s degree in criminal law from Sultan Qaboos University.

- Acting for Qatari company in a lawsuit related to an investment project between Qatar and the Sultanate of Oman, a lawsuit related to the mining law and the law of the use of explosives.
- Acting for a leading automotive manufacturer providing a comprehensive consultation and report on the specifications approved in the Sultanate of Oman and GCC standardization organization (GSO) about the cruise control of Volkswagen cars that are allowed to be imported to the Sultanate of Oman.
- Providing legal advice and legal work to a hotel operator in Oman in a commercial case against the Royal Guard of Oman.
- Acting for a Kuwaiti company in commercial, criminal and rent cases.
- Carrying out legal work in writing memos and pleading in large penal, labor and civil cases for a leading UAE based conglomerate.
- Providing legal advice to a Saudi company related to labour law.
- Obtaining for the first time in the Sultanate an exceptional ruling on Labour Law in relation to the termination of expatriate workers in accordance with the requirements for Omanization.
- Carrying out legal work and drafting settlement agreements for an industrial and steel manufacturing company in Oman.
- Acting for a sports entertainment company in a labour case.
- Acting for an engineering company in a labour case.
- Acting for a transport and logistics company in a labour case.
- Carrying out the legal work in writing memos, pleading and ending the precautionary seizure procedures on Client’s ship in the maritime transport cases.
