• Defended an international bank before all the Dubai Courts stages in a fraud case of USD2,000,000 (swim card swap/identity theft).
• Represented an Islamic bank in the UAE in a foreclosure case. The loan was AED100,000,000. One mortgaged plot located in Dubai and other guarantees secured the facility.
• Enforced a syndicate loan of AED100,000,000 between three national and international banks in the UAE secured by four mortgaged plots located in Dubai.
• Enforced a loan of AED500,000,000 on behalf of an international bank abroad with security agency structure and secured by eight mortgaged plots located in Dubai.
• Represented an off shore bank in a foreclosure case with security agency structure. The loan is AED73,000,000. One mortgaged plot located in Dubai and other guarantees secured the facility.
• Represented a major bank in the UAE. The loan was AED400,000,000. One mortgaged plot located in Dubai and other guarantees secured the facility.
