Amro specialises in handling real estate, civil and commercial disputes before all courts and special committees of the UAE. He also has particular expertise in relation to enforcement / nullification proceedings of arbitration awards.
In addition, Amro has experience in real estate arbitration disputes and he is well versed with the DIAC and ADCCAC arbitration rules. Amro is a member of the DIAC40 – Young Practitioners Group.
Prior to joining Al Tamimi Amro worked for four years as an Associate in the arbitration and litigation departments of two leading law firms in the UAE where he represented local and multinational companies in several contentious and non-contentious real estate and commercial matters.
