Biography

Anfal has over 5 years of litigation and corporate expertise, and she regularly deals with local and international clients in the corporate commercial sector and transactional advisory. She is a bilingual lawyer based in Al Tamimi’s Corporate Commercial practice in Al Khobar office. Anfal has experience in:

M&A transactions.
Foreign investment licensing and issues.
Corporate structuring, business licensing, and dissolution of entities, including joint ventures.
Competition Law and merger notification.
Legal and regulatory compliance including corporate governance.

Advising on the corporate restructuring of one of the biggest Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services company in Saudi Arabia.

Advising a worldwide leading Dutch digital travel company in Competition Law rules and bidding restrictions in Saudi Arabia’s jurisdiction.
Advising Saudi Arabia’s leading port operator (a joint venture between the PIF and a leading global port operator) in the potential corporate restructuring options.
Advising a US industrial software company in the establishment of its regional headquarter in KSA and its partnership with Saudi Aramco.
Advising a GCC investment company in connection with their acquisition of a leading industrial bakery in Saudi Arabia.
