She has experience in practicing real estate in the United Arab Emirates and Australia.  She advises on all aspects of real estate law, including drafting and negotiating sale and purchase agreements; mixed-use development; jointly owned property; property disputes, and commercial and residential leases. Recent Experience

  • Advising local land owners across the United Arab Emirates and Oman regarding their entry into hotel management agreements with international 4 and 5 star hotel operators in respect of existing buildings and those under construction, including drafting and negotiating:
    • Hotel management and operation agreements;
    • Technical service agreements;
    • Brand license agreements;
    • Off-plan sale and purchase agreements (included branded hotel residence apartments); and
    • Amendments to building management statements to comply with the brand standard requirements of hotel operators and pass through of associated costs.
  • Advising real estate developers in Dubai and drafting the sales documentation and jointly owned property governance documents for projects (off-plan/branded).
  • Assisting investors in purchasing and selling properties throughout the UAE, including negotiation, drafting sale and purchase agreements and attending closing of the transactions before the real estate registration trustees.
  • Acting for various commercial tenants in respect of leasing of commercial premises in the United Arab Emirates.
  • Conducting legal due diligence.
