Biography
Antonis is an Associate in the Corporate Structuring and Corporate Commercial teams in Riyadh.
He has accumulated significant experience in corporate and commercial matters, having worked with various international clients. His practice area covers mainly corporate structuring and licensing work.
Prior to joining Al Tamimi, Antonis was a senior associate with a law firm in Nicosia, Cyprus.

- Advised international clients in the incorporation and structuring of their businesses in KSA, as well as relevant licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Advised international client on business transfer agreement.
- Advised international client on joint-venture agreement and joint-venture company setup.
- Advised and assisted international clients on company incorporation (and various regulatory aspects) in the Cypriot jurisdiction.
- Advised local and international clients on property sale and purchase agreements in Cyprus.
- Advised Cypriot and international clients on unfair terms in consumer contracts under EU and Cypriot law.
- Advised Cypriot clients on lease agreements and rent control under Cypriot law.
- Advised on inheritance law matters and assisted with estate administration in Cyprus.
