He has also had extensive experience working on different practice areas of the law, including corporate, compliance, and commercial transactions and advisory work, real estate transactions and advisory work, and intellectual property advisory work. He has advised several different industries such as the pharmaceutical and energy industries.
Asad is dual qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and as an Advocate of the High Court of Sindh, Pakistan. Prior to joining Al Tamimi & Company, he worked at one of the top full-service firms in Pakistan.
