Asad has over 4 years’ experience on both transactional and advisory matters. He has worked on a variety of banking and finance transactions, including Islamic financing and conventional financing, and regularly advises on legal and regulatory matters. He has also had extensive experience working on different practice areas of the law, including corporate, compliance, and commercial transactions and advisory work, real estate transactions and advisory work, and intellectual property advisory work.
