Ashraf Mostafa is a Senior Associate in the Private Client Service practice in Dubai.
Ashraf Mostafa joined Al Tamimi & Company in 2014. Prior to joining Al Tamimi & Company, Ashraf worked in Dubai since 2005 with two renowned local firms. He gained experience in various areas of practice mainly focused on Litigation (including: Civil law, Commercial law, Labor Law, Real Estate Law, Arbitration, Insurance and Civil and Commercial Contracts).He received his Bachelor of Law degree from Cairo University. Ashraf uses his wide knowledge of local laws, commercial and legal acumen and practical experience to the best of his abilities in conducting all commercial and civil litigation cases with the commercial reality and the clients’ interest in mind.
Ashraf has particular expertise in Litigation related contentious matters before the UAE Courts and has been advising clients on local laws issues with regards to Civil and Commercial claims/cases and he has been working closely with Al Tamimi and Company’s Senior Partner on large disputes including cross borders disputes.
He is a key member of the Senior Partner’s team where he has been heavily involved in many successful judgments issued by the Dubai Courts.
