Dipali is a UAE and English qualified lawyer with over 18 years of experience and launched the Private Client Service practice at Al Tamimi & Company as she saw a gap in the MENA legal market where firms tend not to have a bespoke private client offering, despite the private wealth that resides in the region. As such, Al Tamimi’s Private Client Services department is unique in the regional legal landscape.
Dipali has extensive experience in advising family businesses, high profile and high net worth individuals and family offices on all aspects of their businesses; both local and international, contentious and non-contentious. Her practice is varied and ranges from advising on global asset acquisition and protection, estate and succession planning, structuring and maintaining investment transactions both within the Middle East and outside the region, family and inheritance disputes, personal status related matters, including inheritance, divorce (cross border and local) and settlement agreement, custody of children, alimony, pre-nuptial & post-nuptial agreements and wills & probate. Dipali is fiercely passionate and loyal in finding creative, efficient and effective legal solutions for her clients resulting in her being a trusted adviser in addition to being a senior legal counsel.
Having been raised in a diplomatic environment, Dipali has a high level of cross-cultural competence in addition to her legal expertise, which family businesses, family offices and high net worth individuals operating in the increasingly globalized world of today find invaluable when traversing varying legal landscapes.
