Eman Ahmed is working with Al Tamimi & Company since 1998 and is practicing within the Litigation Department as a Senior Associate in areas of corporate, civil, criminal and specializing in Labor and Employment Disputes.
Eman has significant experience in advising on a broad range of areas including corporate commercial and employment. She specializes in managing and advising on employment proceedings, She also advises on onshore and offshore employment matters and a variety of issues including end of service entitlements, disciplinary, arbitral dismissal, non competition and confidentiality agreements etc.
Her nature of work includes gathering evidences to formulate defenses or to initiate legal actions, examining legal data, analyzing the outcome of cases using knowledge of law and precedents, preparing legal briefs and opinions on cases and potential disputes.
