Biography

Gilan is an Associate in the Corporate Structuring practice in Egypt. She specializes in corporate structuring, restructuring, and she works closely with the various ministries and government authorities in Egypt.

Gilan has experience in drafting and reviewing numerous commercial contracts, incorporating companies in Egypt, Delaware, and the U.A.E, preparations for Ordinary and Extra-Ordinary General Assembly Meetings, carrying out due diligence reports, as well as providing legal advice in many different aspects of corporate matters relating to incorporation, merge, acquisition, and liquidation of the companies.

Prior to joining Al Tamimi & Company, Gilan worked as an Associate at Samir Law Firm where she worked in Media and M&As, prior to joining Samir Law Firm, she completed a three-month internship at Levari Law Firm,.
