Hala El Sbay is a Patent Portfolio Manager in the Innovation & Patents practice in Egypt.
Hala manages patent prosecution and procurement, as well as opposition, appeals and post grant/rejection proceedings in front of the Egypt Patent Office and other administrative bodies in Egypt. She assists in managing and handling all actions related to the assigned patent portfolios, handling patent prosecution and filing and examination of patent applications in the Arab countries. Hala prepares and files patent applications, formality documents, and responses to office actions, publications and payment of official fees, processing, docketing and reporting notifications from patent offices.
