Hamood is an Associate in Al Tamimi’s Oman office focusing on dispute resolution and litigation.
Hamood is an Omani national and his experience revolves around handling civil, criminal, commercial and labour matters and cases.
Hamood completed four years of working in the profession. He started as a Trainee lawyer at Khalifa Al-Hinai Law Firm and completed his training period before joining Al Tamimi in 2016.
Hamood has successfully dealt with many important matters (cases) in the administrative, penal, commercial and insurance sectors. He prepares statement of claims and memorandums at all stages of litigation in the Sultanate of Oman. He also deals with various intellectual property rights issues such as registration and renewal of trademarks, filing Oppositions and registering patents, and provides legal advice in this aspect.
