• Advising multinational companies to set and implement the best strategies to protect their IP rights in the GCC, focusing on Saudi Arabia.
• Assisting in a patent infringement case in KSA;
• Assisting with patent statements in front of the Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA);
• Drafting lawsuits and exchanging pleadings for IP litigation cases before the Saudi Courts.
• Providing legal advice and assistance to clients in the context of their assessment of the chances of recoverability of their IP rights in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Drafting and reviewing various types of legal documents, including share purchase agreement, shareholders agreement, assignment of the IP rights agreement, franchising agreements and other types of commercial agreements), legal memoranda and opinions, corporate resolutions, memorandum of association.

• Litigation: handling more than 1,000 cases and drafting all their pleadings in civil, commercial, intellectual property, banking, insurance, bankruptcy, real estate, and labour laws and attending their pleadings and court hearings.
