Ivor is a Partner in the Employment Department. He has advised employers on all aspects of the employment relationship to include contracts of employment, drafting of policies, disciplinary proceedings, rationalisation programmes and termination agreements.
He has particular experience in advising semi-governmental clients, drafting free zone employment regulations and advising on the Federal Human Resources Law and the Abu Dhabi Human Resources Law.
