Biography
Jingzhuo Wu is an accomplished legal professional specializing in transactional matters, with a particular emphasis on corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and general commercial advisory work. As a bilingual lawyer, she is a key member of Al Tamimi & Company’s growing China Group, where she utilizes her language skills to navigate complex cross-border transactions effectively.
Prior to joining Al Tamimi & Company, Jingzhuo participated in a prestigious management training and cultural ambassadorship program under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. During this program, she gained invaluable experience in the Group Legal and Group Company Secretariat Departments at DP World, a leading multinational logistics firm, where she further honed her expertise in corporate commercial matters.
