Khaled is an attorney-at-law member of the Egyptian Bar Association. He handles all types of litigation matters ranging from commercial matters, to civil matters, construction disputes and real estate cases. He possesses a wide range of legal commercial experience.
His experience includes preparing and conducting significant types of actions before all tribunals, which the client may consider using, including negotiating settlements, mediation and other commercial methods of dispute resolution. He advises clients and drafts legal opinions on various aspects of law.
He has participated in conducting due diligence reports for Misr international “MIBank” in favour of Societe General Bank, the National Bank for development in favor of the Commercial International Bank “CIB” and the United Egyptian Bank in favor of Audi Bank.
