Biography

Kowther is a bilingual associate (Arabic and English) in the Corporate and Commercial Department based in Al Tamimi, in Khobar. She has over [5] years’ experience advising particularly on legal transactions related to international and multinational corporate restructuring, joint ventures, inbound and outbound merger & acquisition, advise on regulatory business licenses and corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Al Tamimi she was employed by a law firm and also worked in a semi-government Company in Saudi Arabia.

Recent Experience

Advising a major international mechanical and industrial engineering Company with regard to their corporate structuring in Saudi Arabia, which included carrying out the necessary regulatory compliance and filings.
Assisting a family business Company in relation to shares purchase transaction and entry of a leading international investor through the ministry of investment.
Providing a compliance and regulatory advice for an international leading Company in the field of Energy and Petrochemical in relation to its memorandum of understanding with a Saudi ministry.
Assisting and managing the incorporation of a joint venture between a leading Saudi Company and an international Company, which included regulatory compliance check and the filing.
Managing and assisting on the incorporation of a UK based subsidiary, which includes the drafting and reviewal of transactional documents, advise on the regulatory matters in relation to its services.
Advising and assisting a UK based Company in relation to the sale of its shares and entry of a Saudi national, which included regulatory compliance and due diligence of transactional documents.
