Leila Mustafa is an associate in the banking and finance department at Al Tamimi & Company. She has a range of experience in all aspects of banking and finance law, and has represented parties on various sides of transactions, including government, sponsors/consortiums, project finance lenders and borrowers. She has particular expertise in corporate lending, project finance, Islamic finance, and real estate finance.
Prior to joining the firm, Leila was a banking and finance associate based in a leading London firm. Since joining Al Tamimi & Company, Leila has been involved in a variety of transactions in the Middle East including Islamic finance transactions, project finance, real estate finance and transactional lending.
