Biography

Mahmoud is a dedicated and highly skilled litigation lawyer with a strong emphasis on civil law disputes. His legal career has encompassed multiple law firms in Egypt, allowing him to accumulate extensive experience in managing commercial, labor, and insurance disputes. After his move to Oman, he undertook intricate disputes concerning construction contracts and adeptly represented organizations entangled in contractual and Intellectual Property conflicts.

Recent Experience

Providing legal representation and counsel to a prominent financial company in the Sultanate of Oman in a legal dispute concerning the validity of one of its major financing contracts and the assertion of accrued interest;
Providing legal representation and counsel to a leading mining company in the Sultanate of Oman in various legal disputes concerning usufruct rights and quarry management;
Providing legal representation and counsel to a leading water extraction, production, and packaging company in the Sultanate of Oman. Legal advice focused on Water Well usage rights and factory management;
Provision of legal counsel to various local and foreign construction companies in multiple issues, including non-payment and ten-year warranty;
Providing legal representation and counsel to various local and foreign companies in various matters, commercial debt collection, compensation claims, contract terminations, and enforcement of contract obligations;
Providing legal representation to several local companies in respect of labor law disputes arising out of employment contracts; and drafting and reviewing various Arabic contracts for several local commercial companies.
