Melody is an Associate of the Transport and Insurance practice in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. She has over 10 years’ experience in handling both contentious and non-contentious insurance matters, across Australasia and the Middle East. She is also a member of the China Group at Al Tamimi & Company.
Melody started her career in New Zealand and Australia, during which time she worked in-house with an international insurer in financial and casualty lines of liability claims business.
In her current role, she specialises in coverage dispute and claims resolution for professional indemnity, directors and officers, medical malpractice, general liability and property insurance products, with expertise in civil claims, professional investigations, and disciplinary proceedings. Melody also frequently handles regulatory advisory work for international and local insurers, reinsurers, insurance intermediaries as well as the regulators.
