Midya is a tax lawyer with over 10 years of experience advising private clients, business owners and corporate structures of international tax matters.
Prior to joining Al Tamimi, Midya worked for a prestigious tax consulting firm in Dubai where she was focusing on corporate taxation and private client services including regional and cross-border tax matters including establishing business, transparency, restructuring of ownership, setting up Family Office, succession planning by using trust / foundation and asset protection.
She has also worked in Stockholm, Sweden for one of the Big 4 firms and the Swedish Tax Authority.
Midya has published articles, including in the STEP TQR, and presented at the external seminars on topics related to Private Clients and Wealth management in the region including UAE, KSA and Kuwait
