Mohamed Abou Sakr is employed with Al Tamimi & Company for the last 14 years. He is a Senior Counsel in the Dispute Resolution Department who primarily advises on litigation matters.
Prior to joining Al Tamimi & Company, Mohamed worked as a Legal Advisor for highly reputable organizations. He has vast experience in many legal fields including Commercial & Corporate Law/Litigation, Construction, Arbitration, Civil Disputes, Property Disputes, Criminal and Banking.
Mohamed also provides assistance to the other departments. He has also represented high profile, multinational companies and has widely achieved success in disputes where he has closed cases in clients’ favour.
