  • Advised Infinity Group on the purchase of Lekela Power, Africa’s largest renewable focused independent power producer along with Africa Finance Corporation (AFC).
  • Advised Infinity Group on the mezzanine facility provided by Africa Finance Corporation for the financing of the acquisition of Lekela Power.
  • Advised Nile Scan S.A.E. on the proposed financing by Banque Misr of its private equity healthcare structure.
