Mohamed regularly works with clients on transactions in the infrastructure, healthcare, real estate, energy, technology, and resources sector

Advised Vaalco Energy Inc on the acquisition of all outstanding common shares of TransGlobe valued at USD 307 million.
Advised Infinity Group on the purchase of Lekela Power, Africa’s largest renewable focused independent power producer along with Africa Finance Corporation (AFC).
Advised Infinity Group on the mezzanine facility provided by Africa Finance Corporation for the financing of the acquisition of Lekela Power.
Advised Nile Scan S.A.E. on the proposed financing by Banque Misr of its private equity healthcare structure.
Advised Misr Capital in connection with its educational investment platform (Lighthouse) with EGP 1.75 billion in capital.
Advised Infinity Group in connection with an acquisition of a stake in Infinity Group by the Africa Finance Corporate.
Advised International Cables Company in connection with the sale of 99.25% of its share capital to Elsewedy Electric Co.
