Mohammed Arab is an Associate in the Litigation practice in Dubai. He joined Al Tamimi in March 2021.
He specialises in handling Criminal matters and assisting the client with filing criminal complaints, advising clients in relation to investigations, interrogations and referring cases to the Criminal Courts. In addition, he is appearing before UAE Courts, Police Headquarters and Public Prosecution. He is advising and handling litigation matters relating to rental and civil disputes. His experience includes claims before all levels of the Dubai Courts, the Special Committees and courts of other Emirates as well. The nature of his work consisted of drafting statements such as complaints and bilingual legal notices, notifications advises and memorandums.
