Mohsin is a Partner in the Employment & Incentives practice, based in Saudi Arabia. He regularly advises local and international clients, across a wide variety of sectors, on contentious and non-contentious employment related matters.
Mohsin is experienced in advising on a wide range of day-to-day employment related legal issues including disciplinary, performance and absence management processes, on recruitment, business immigration issues arising from recruitment, employment contracts, transfers and termination of employment, post-termination restrictions, restructuring and redundancies, labour disputes, and employee incentive schemes. He is also experienced in advising on employment issues in corporate transactions including share and asset purchases.
Mohsin regularly delivers employment seminars to clients both within KSA and internationally on recent developments in KSA employment law and practice. Prior to joining Al Tamimi & Company, Mohsin trained at a City law firm in London and spent over seven years practising employment law. He has previously acted for clients from the public, private and third sectors in employment tribunals across the UK. Mohsin also spent a considerable amount of time in-house on secondment giving him invaluable insights into the issues faced by internal legal and HR teams whilst reinforcing the need for legal advice to be practical and commercially driven.
