He advises international, regional and domestic clients on corporate structuring and restructuring related matters including advising on FDI options. Mostafa regularly advises on trust structures in Kuwait and works closely with regulatory bodies and ministries in Kuwait, such as the Competition Protection Agency, KDIPA, Central Bank of Kuwait, Ministry of Commerce and Industry on a wide array of corporate commercial and structuring matters, including licensing, approvals and exemptions, manpower and financial requirements.
