His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets, and corporate restructuring, along with corporate governance and regulatory issues in the UAE and Lebanon.
Prior to joining al Tamimi & Company, Nader has gained experience in both private practice and in house legal roles, where he served as corporate associate counsel at one of the leading law firms in Beirut, Lebanon and as an in-house legal counsel at one of the largest integrated healthcare platforms in the Mena region.
