Biography
Nader is a corporate transactions lawyer with over six years of experience advising both international and local clients. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets, and corporate restructuring, along with corporate governance and regulatory issues in the UAE and Lebanon.
Prior to joining al Tamimi & Company, Nader has gained experience in both private practice and in house legal roles, where he served as corporate associate counsel at one of the leading law firms in Beirut, Lebanon and as an in-house legal counsel at one of the largest integrated healthcare platforms in the Mena region.

- Closed numerous acquisition transactions in several industries including hospitality, educational and real estate sectors.
- Advised Nord Anglia on the acquisition of Swiss International Scientific School Dubai.
- Advised Supreme Holdings Limited as part of legal team assisting on the acquisition of the Anantara Hotel Downtown from Rani International Development.
- Advised a multinational Company on the cross-border acquisitions of ten (10) entities in the UAE.
- Advised Parkin PJSC on its IPO on the Dubai Financial Market (part of the Dubai Government privatization program).
- Advised several public joint stock companies in the UAE on their ongoing compliance and regulatory matters.
- Advised a multinational F&B Company on restructuring their entities and branches in the UAE.
- Advising a global online platform on various corporate and regulatory matters.
- Advised a multinational Company with implementation of re- domiciliation of foreign corporate entities to UAE mainland and ADGM.
- Advised a cooperative society in listing its shares on the Dubai Financial Market.
- Assisted in the closure of the listing of Salik Company PJSC shares on the Dubai Financial Market (part of the Dubai Government privatization program).
