Biography

Nasser is a Senior Associate in Al Tamimi’s Corporate Commercial Department, Sports Law and Event Management Department and Legislative Drafting Department. Nasser has experience in drafting governmental and commercial regulations, contracts and agreements, and in providing legal advices.

Recent Experience

Working currently in drafting a new Regulation for Hajj & Umrah Transport System in cooperation with ADL Consulting for the Transport General Authority.
Drafting 3 policies for the Ministry of Human Capital and Social Devleopment/Family Affairs Council in cooperation with Kearny. The Scope of Work included preparing Legal Due Diligence Reports.
Working currently with the Saudi Ports Authority in the project of “Merging the maritime transport and ports sector and transforming the Saudi Ports Authority into the General Authority for Maritime Transport and Ports”. The Scope of Work included drafting Legal Due Diligence Report and drafting a new Regulation for the new Authority
Providing legal advices and studies to the Saudi Tourism Authority.
Drafting commercial agreement for the Saudi Tourism Authority.
Providing legal advices to the Premium Residency Center.
Providing legal advices to the Saudi Civil Aviation Holding Company.
