Biography

Nawaf is an Associate in the Corporate Commercial department based in Riyadh and graduated from King Saud University.

Nawaf has experience advising on transactional and advisory experience working on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious corporate and commercial matters, including (corporate structuring, capital markets, compliance, and mergers & acquisitions)

Advised Mayar Holding Company on obtaining Capital Market Authority approval for direct listing on Nomu-Parallel Market.
Advised MMC Financial Company on their setup in KSA by incorporating a Joint Stock Company.
