Biography

Noor Al Wari is an associate in the Digital & Data (Tech | Media | Telecoms) team, based in Dubai. Noor has a strong focus on the TMT sector, advising leading industries and global companies on regional data protection laws, mergers and acquisitions, media regulations, and cybersecurity compliance. She has established data privacy frameworks, facilitated strategic transactions, drafting and reviewing various agreements, including software licensing, partnerships, and data processing and transfer agreements.

Prior to joining Al Tamimi & Company, Noor was a corporate and commercial associate in leading law firms in Bahrain. She advised government entities and leading corporations on diverse corporate and commercial matters, including finance, real estate, telecom, oil & gas, and family businesses. She provided legal assistance in establishing government projects, restructuring companies, and disputes.
