Biography

Nour has over six (6) years of experience advising on corporate transactions and structuring matters within the UAE and GCC countries.

Nour is a corporate structuring senior associate that is a member of the Beirut Bar Association. Nour demonstrates a strong knowledge of UAE laws and precedents.

Nour has also supported clients with successfully drafting various types of commercial agreements such as Memoranda of Associations, Sale and Purchase Agreements, Shareholder Agreements, Subscription Agreements and Joint Venture Agreements.

Nour has also been advising clients in relation to cross-border transactions, co-investments and joint ventures in the UAE.

He has also advised clients regarding M&A deals, legal rights, legal opinions on various corporate matters including but not limited to regulatory issues and corporate restructuring. In addition to closely collaborating and coordinating with governmental and quasi-governmental entities on regulatory strategies, external communication, and enforcement decisions.
