Odai joined Al Tamimi & Company in 2013 and has been an associate in the Corporate Structuring team since 2014. Since joining Al Tamimi & Company Odai has advised on UAE corporate laws and regulations including regulatory strategies and compliance and counselled clients on companies’ formation, restructuring and closing down for different types of entities including limited liability companies branches of foreign and local companies, free zone entities, and offshore companies specifically in the Northern Emirates.
Odai has worked in several fields including corporate structuring, drafting legal advices, legal due diligence, and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
