Qais Abdulwahed is an experienced Senior Advocate in the Dispute Resolution department at Al Tamimi & Company in Sharjah, UAE. With a career spanning over four decades, he brings extensive experience in legal practice, strategic dispute resolution, and public service. In his current role, Qais actively represents clients in complex litigation and arbitration matters, developing and implementing comprehensive dispute strategies to achieve favourable outcomes. Committed to delivering high-quality legal services, upholding ethical standards, and providing exceptional counsel to clients.
His previous experience includes serving as a Lawyer at Mohammed Allinjawi Advocates & Legal Consultants in Dubai (2022–2023), where he met with clients, gathered evidence, and provided legal advice and guidance.
From 2011 to 2021, he acted as the Legal & Public Relations Manager at Riyadh Cables Group of Companies, National Cables Industry in Sharjah, overseeing internal communications, managing legal matters and contracts, and serving as a member of the Industry Committee of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Earlier in his career, Qais served as a Major in the Ajman Police from 1981 to 2001, dedicating 20 years to public service. This law enforcement background has honed his leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills, enriching his legal practice.
