Biography

Reem works as an Associate and Legal Counselor specialized in litigation and dispute resolution in KSA, and has an experience of pleading at the General, Commercial, Labor, and Criminal Courts,

she also pleads at the quasi-judicial committees such as Sharia Health Commission that reviews  medical error cases. Further, Reem excelled in handling files for some KSA private hospitals by providing all legal services, including court pleading, legal representation before government agencies or providing legal advice.

Moreover, Reem managed to resolve some cases of inheritance by mutual division among heirs or forced division before the competent court.

  • Representing a client before Personal Status Affairs Court to divide an estate of more than one hundred million Riyal, which was considered by the (Common Tripartite Circuit for Division of Estates Exceeding One Hundred Million Riyals).
  • Representing a client before Committee for Settlement of Credit Information Violations and Disputes, to request proving mistake committed by SIMAH in registering a debt payable by our client by mistake in an amount exceeding 700 million Riyal, where judgment was rendered as proving the mistake committed against SIMAH and the bank that provided SIMAH with such amount, such that out client could request damages pursuant to this judgment before the competent court.
  • Representing some hospitals before MOH committees and Sharia Health Commission and winning a large number of cases rendering hospitals innocent and making them evade paying penalties.
  • Representation before the general court and winning a large number of judgments for our clients.
  • Representation before the commercial court and winning a large number of judgments for our clients.
  • Representing some clients before police stations and Public Prosecution as well as attending investigations in proxy.
