Rita Kevork is an Associate in the Corporate Structuring department in the Egypt Office.
Rita joined the firm in 2022 and specializes in TMT and general corporate matters. Prior to that, Rita has concluded an internship at the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (“CRCICA”) in 2021.
During her internship at CRCICA, Rita completed a training program on “Comparative Commercial Arbitration, Theory and Practice” (CCATP), equivalent to CIArb Module (1) on (International Arbitration), leading to the membership of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Rita, further has experience in advising on data protection laws and regulations and in drafting general commercial agreements, both local and cross border; such as distribution agreements, franchise agreements, consultancy agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements.
Rita, also has experience in corporate secretarial work such as general assemblies and board meetings.
