Biography

Sara is an Associate in Dispute Resolution department, Riyadh office, she holds a practice license from the KSA Ministry of Justice. Sara is fluent in both Arabic and English. She joined Al Tamimi & Company in February 2018 as a trainee lawyer as one of her graduation requirements. Sara received training in different departments of Al Tamimi & Company including Litigation and Legislative Drafting, Intellectual Property and Corporate Commercial. Sara was then offered a full-time position to continue working with Al Tamimi & Company in the Dispute Resolution and Legislative Drafting department.

  • Preparing a legal analysis report of the current regulatory framework of projects for the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Investment.
  • Drafting, as a part of Al Tamimi team, the Financial Control Law and its implementing regulation for the KSA Ministry of Finance.
