Biography

Serena has several years of experience advising on a broad spectrum of real estate maters. She has particular expertise in landlord and tenant matters and development work where she acts for large scale development companies in relation to their sale and purchase documentation.

Prior to joining Al Tamimi, Serena has worked in the United Kingdom. Serena is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales and joined Al Tamimi from a leading international law firm in the UK..

Multicontinental development company, involved in preparing a suite of documents for a new project based in Dubai involving the drafting of a template sale and purchase agreement and disclosure statement.
Individual Investor Clients, providing specific advice to various clients around holiday home lettings in Dubai, termination of contracts in the UAE, service of eviction notices and termination of lease agreements in the DIFC
International Bank, assisting an international bank with the renewals of their lease agreements in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Bahrain.
Prominent Building Owners in DIFC, act for a significant number of tenants leasing units at recognised buildings in DIFC.
Individual Residential Property Investor, prepared a template residential lease agreement to be used across the client’s residential property portfolio and provided advice on rental increases in Dubai.
