Read NowShouq underwent training and qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in January 2024. She is now an Associate seated in two departments; Employment and Dispute Resolutions bridging the relationship between contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Prior to joining Al Tamimi Shouq obtained a 2:1 Honours Bachelors in Law (LLB) at Durham University in 2020. Following that, Shouq completed her LPC LLM at The University of Law, Bristol and was awarded the LPC Deans Award.
Shouq has worked with our international, and local clients, providing assistance to commercial entities in the full range of corporate including, share transfers, drafting and amending constitutional documents, corporate secretarial matters, and conducting due diligence. She has also worked on employment related matters in the form of drafting memorandums of advice, employment contracts, and more recently advising on the recent changes in the end-of-service gratuity system in Bahrain.
