Stephanie has experience in advising and representing clients in corporate structuring matters including group restructuring, foreign ownership, licensing and regulatory matters, as well as company formation/de-registration.
Stephanie’s particular strength is her ability to draft legal advice on complex matters in different sectors. She also assists in drafting constitutional documents for many corporate transactions including company establishments, share transfers and liquidations.
