He also advises extensively on shareholders’ agreements, fund-raising and start up investments, corporate governance and regulatory matters.
Suhail has been based in Dubai since 2008. He has worked on transactions across the Middle East region and in the wider South Asia and Africa region often structuring investment activity via UAE registered holding entities.
His expertise includes foreign direct investment and assisting multi-national companies to expand their footprint across the region. Over this time in the Middle East, he has advised the region’s leading fintech companies, government entities, private equity investors and family offices in relation to a wide range of M&A deals and investment activity.
