Taimur is an active member of the Corporate Commercial team in Bahrain and is involved in all relevant matters the Bahrain office is engaged in and assists the lead team member in such matters. He deals with various corporate commercial clients of the firm, based in and outside Bahrain, including financial institutions, leading real estate / hotel & leisure and food and beverage companies and numerous foreign principals.
His wide-ranging expertise includes extensive technical and commercial knowledge pertaining to corporate, commercial, drafting and negotiation of contracts, concessions, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, advising on regulatory and legal issues, conveyancing, infrastructure projects and related company matters. In addition, Taimur also has comprehensive experience in international arbitrations under institutional rules specifically, dealing with enforcements challenging proceedings and constitutional litigation.
Before joining Al Tamimi, Taimur worked at a leading law firm in Pakistan, taking part in various commercial corporate matters, including M&A matters.
