Tarek AlAyyashi is an Associate in the Corporate Structuring department and joined Al Tamimi in 2015. Since joining the firm Tarek has been involved in various transactions, assisted in corporate due diligences; assisted in preparation of transaction documents for share acquisition of corporate entities in UAE main land; assisted in advises on UAE corporate laws and regulations including regulatory strategies and compliance structuring and restructuring; and counseled clients on company formation including establishment of branch and representative offices of foreign companies, limited liability companies and free zone entities.
Prior to joining Al Tamimi, Tarek had over two years of experience in litigation, corporate commercial, banking and insurance matters. Tarek was an Associate at Baha’a Hikmat and partner’s law firm.
