We pride ourselves on nurturing and developing the next generation of lawyers and are one of the only law firms to offer the England and Wales Qualification programme in the region. Our trainee programme provides a consistent and positive experience delivered through a structured course, during which trainees have access to opportunities that will lay the foundations for their future careers.
The programme is a two-year Training Contract that consists of both on-the–job learning, including four six-month rotations in different areas of law, and off-the-job learning including legal skills, core skills training and personal development. For us it is vital that our trainees develop and apply practical skills that a lawyer carry’s out routinely, such as drafting, transaction management, and research for client pitches.
To ensure the experience is maximised, we appoint practicing lawyers to supervise and mentor everyone that enters the programme. The trainees also receive regular appraisals of their performance and development throughout the programme.
